Originally trained as a graphic designer, Ross’s natural ability of understanding client's needs saw him move into account management and business development roles at Kale Print.

Ross’s comment on working in the fast paced world of print. “The account manager role at Kale Print is made easy as we have a great, highly skilled, tight knit team.”

Outside of work Ross has been known to cycle around Lake Taupo, drink (good) coffee and red wine, travel the world, spend time with family and will (one day) learn to surf.

As the long time, much celebrated, Overlord of the digital print team, her breadth of experience in the print industry includes bindery, photolithography, and pre-press, right through to account management. When she is not at her desk neck deep in salt & vinegar chips, you'll find her overseeing all operations in regard to digital print work-flow, production and finishing, often doing the late shift. Do a drive by at night, the lights are on? It's Jane.

Peter 'steer the ship' Lloyd, brings over 30 years industry experience and a passion for everything print. He not only herds the cats, overseeing all operations company wide, but pushes the boat out on a national scale. The smiling completer finisher will make any request possible - customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Brent was born and raised on print, having completed his Apprenticeship in his youth and being in the trade ever since, he is well equipped as facilitator from start to finish. Liaising between Account Managers and finishing to ensure your project achieves it's deadline and all the little things in between that get your job done. Brent's your man with the plan.

Stephen is the well known and respected man behind the name. Print literally runs in his veins, no joke, just ask him! If it's been done before he's probably seen it. If it hasn’t been done, he’s willing to give it a shot. He has a keen eye on the horizon, not only when out skippering 'SKALES', but in terms of the business landscape. His passion for innovation is what keeps Kale Print at the top of its game. In the spare time between being 'print guru' and landing his dinner, Stephen talks and thinks print. His wealth of knowledge is an invaluable part of the Kale Print offering.

The oil that keeps the machine running, the gate keeper, the glue that binds us together. Jill is the first point of contact when you call in on the phone or pop in to reception. Her super power for being able to locate any one thing at any given time makes her your go-to for all production work-flow enquiries. If you have a job in the system, Jill will know about it.

Gavin covers all areas of production throughout the factory. From wide format, applying vehicle signage, up on the press catwalk running jobs, PURing books, he's the man getting it done. Also, just like his Dad, has an eye for new technology and regularly attends the leading edge print conventions around the globe, sniffing out the latest toys with his Brother, Brent.

The numbers and logistics man, Bryan supports the Kale team with a friendly smile, winning attitude and let's not forget the wealth of financial and administration experience gained over his long career in the finance industry. Bryan loves the challenge of finding creative solutions to organisational and operational, err, shall we say, development requirements...?

As a trade qualified print finisher, and having worked in the print industry for over two decades, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all things 'finishing'. Running a tight ship, as well as the odd marathon, Steve also keeps stock as our pick and pack logistics manager, ensuring everything gets to where it needs to go, on time!

With over 20 years experience in the creative industry and a Degree in Media Arts, Tessa is your ‘go-to girl’ when it comes to anything brand or design related.

When she's not playing 'what-the-font' or poring over the colour of the year, you'll find her activating Kale Print marketing and communications, and nurturing our community partnerships.

Aside from being absurdly efficient and helpful, always going above and beyond for her clients, Danielle's unique Account Management super power derives from her print industry experience in bindery and paper sales. A real asset for any client wishing to take advantage of her extensive insider knowledge into different papers and finishing processes. Looking for something a little different, a bit spesh?
